Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from LiveFastrs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Listings

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability are accurate. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. LiveFastrs reserves the right to cancel an order if there is an issue with inventory, pricing, payment, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers have a 5-day grace period after delivery to request a return or refund. After 5 days, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund. Returned items must be in their original condition and may not be used, damaged, worn, or altered.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. LiveFastrs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

6. Payments

All payments must be completed through the available payment methods provided at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, sizing, shipping details, and our policies before placing an order.

8. Policy Changes

LiveFastrs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will apply to orders placed after the changes are posted.

9. Agreement

By placing an order with LiveFastrs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy.
