Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

5-Day Return & Refund Period
Customers have 5 calendar days after the item has been delivered to request a return or refund. After the 5-day grace period has passed, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be used, worn, damaged, or altered. Items that are returned in a different condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the applicable marketplace/payment processing policies.
